  • United Way is accountable.  Through donor's volunteerism you can know they have researched the agency programs prior to allocating donor dollars.  You can be reassured that your donation is truly helping those who need it most.

  • United Way is a tax-exempt organization under Internal Revenue Code Section 501(c)(3).

 

Ways to Give

United Way of St. Clair County partners with local businesses, individuals, government and nonprofits in an annual community-wide effort to raise funds.  You can participate by:

Giving through your company's Workplace Annual Campaign any of the following ways:

  • Payroll Deduction
  • Cash and Checks
  • Direct Bill

Giving as an individual by contacting the United Way at (810) 985-8169 or e-mailing the Campaign Director to give by:

  • Cash and Checks
  • Direct Bill
  • Credit Card - at this time United Way of St. Clair County is researching a secure method on on-line donations.  We are happy to take your credit card number over the phone or send you a pledge card through the mail with a self-addressed, stamped envelope for your convenience.

 

Memorial or Honor Gifts may be given as a lasting tribute in honor or in memory of a friend, colleague or loved one.  An acknowledgement of each gift is sent.

 

 

Planned Giving is another option for individuals who share a strong common bond of philanthropy and a desire to improve lives in St. Clair County now and in the future.
