UWSCC announces its 2019 Campaign Celebration Event.
United Way of St. Clair County (UWSCC) prepares for its 2019 Campaign Celebration that will be at 5:00pm on January 29, 2020. Campaign Chair Michelle Shepley, of Chemical Bank, has selected Solitude Links Golf Course & Banquet Center, 5810 Flinchbaugh Road in Kimball, to host the event. The event will be a night of celebration and recognition of the 55 dedicated Campaign Cabinet volunteers and the multitude of generous contributors who made this year’s Campaign a great success. Cabinet members have been meeting with community residents and businesses to share UWSCC’s mission and Campaign goal and to encourage support. They are compassionate for their neighbors and eager to help them to excel beyond barriers. UWSCC currently funds 37 essential health and human service programs throughout St. Clair County; many of which deeply rely on the generosity of the community and funding through UWSCC. These affiliated programs, which help to improve quality of life, served over 11,650 St. Clair County residents last year alone.
With the help of the Stebbins Family Fund Leadership Matching Grant, this year’s Campaign has seen many new contributors and increased employee giving through payroll deduction. There is still time to support the 2019 Campaign and help them reach their goal. Submit your pledge or contribution by January 20th in one of the following ways:
